see where Serenity Meets Sanity. Cabanas in the
Garden's cabanas are designed for women to
rejuvenate and relax in a peaceful tranquil
environment. The treatments that we offer are
purely for the sake of relaxation.
Each cabana is for a single occupancy and is
equipped with a daybed, table, chair, lamp, CD
player headset and other amenities. These
cabanas are available for an hourly rate.
Meet Our Staff
Elizabeth (Geri) Mauldin
Cabanas in the Garden is a innovative way to
look at relaxation. Elizabeth (Geri) Mauldin,
owner, has enjoyed her share of resorts and day
spas. The luxury of staying long enough after a
treatment to take a shower, a nap or enjoy a cup
of tea while wrapped up in a plush robe without
the noise of everyone else around her was
missing. She was looking for one of those
tranquil places you only see in travel
brochures. Finding that place became a goal,
realizing there was no place like that, caused
her to put on her creative hat and make one.
This mother of five kept boxes full of photos
and information on treatment and relaxation
about ten years to keep her dream in front of
her. When her youngest child graduated from high
school, she decided to put her dream down on
paper then into action. With the love and
support of her family, closest friends and with
a big answer to prayer, her dream has come a
reality.
Elizabeth says, our clients love the "Leave the
noise and stress outside" policy. One of her
Favorite things at the Cabanas is to see a
client after enjoying one of our relaxing
massages head to THEIR own cabana for the at
extra hour or two just to read a book they've
been wanting to finish, enjoy a cup of hot tea
or just to take a nap. There's a certain type of
bliss on their face knowing they have a bit more
time before going back out into the environment
that sent them here in the first place.
One of the clients, after a three hour stay at
Cabanas asked Elizabeth, "How did you know
that's just what I needed?" Elizabeth answered,
"Twenty seven years of marriage, five children,
three weddings out of the five children, one
presently engaged, our youngest in college, a
six year old granddaughter, four horses, one
cat, four dogs, my husband owns a drywall
company, he's also a youth minister at our
church, he coaches cross county and track at
Berean Christian High School and our family has
been through some difficult times together.
Finding a place just to think, has always been a
safety net for my sanity. You can't find that
kind of a place just anywhere."

are highly trained in the field of
relaxation and skin care. They not only enjoy
working at Cabanas but relish in the idea of
helping women to rejuvenate themselves while
they are at Cabanas in the Garden and well after
they head back out into the craziness of the
world, "The Claming Factor", they call it.
