Body Wrap

What is the Set-n-Me-Free Body Wrap?
This is a healthy method of taking off inches and tightening skin in just one hour. It involves wrapping the body with cotton cloth that has been soaked in all-natural aloe vera and herb solution.

How does it work?
The cloth wraps are applied warm so the pores will open allowing the solution to get down into the fat deposits. The aloe vera in the solution will penetrate the protein wall of the fat cell and allow the herbs in the solution to begin dissipating the bulky toxins into the lymph system. After the wrap we ask the client to drink water to flush out the broken down fat and toxins so the are GONE!!! It is not a water loss – but a definite inch loss.

What about dieting and exercise?
We find that dieting will soften the fat deposits so the treatment will take off the inches quicker. Exercise will firm and tone the muscles, particularly well in the stomach area. Exercise will burn the fat from the body and increase body metabolism. For best health, everybody should exercise several hours each week. However, even strenuous exercise does very little for actually getting rid of hardened fat like cellulite.

To lose?
We don’t know how much you will lose because we don’t know what percentage of your body is soft fat and cellulite. We do average a total of 4 to 15 inches with each wrap. Realize that this Aloe/Herbal solution affects the fat and you will find a loss where you have fat to lose.

What do I do after the wrap?
You will not feel the need to bathe after the wrap. It is most important that you flush your body with fresh water. Drink 16 cups of water during the 24 hour time after each wrap.

How often?
It is perfectly safe to have treatments every day although it is not necessary. The solution stays in the body and continues to work for three days. Have treatments every four or five days for best results.

What is so important about drinking water?
Set-N-Me-Free body wrapping is a firming and toning process that produces results by detoxifying the body. This is not a water loss program. The loss is due to toxins being moved from the fat cells into the lymphatic system. You must drink water to flush the toxins from the lymphatic system.

What do I wear to be wrapped?
The treatment is done with the woman dressed in cotton panties and bra (which will get wet, so bring an extra pair to wear home.) After the wrap is applied we put you in a warming suit to retain your own body warmth and even cover you with a blanket.

Will this affect my skin?
Your skin will be smoother, moist and tighter after the wrap. We have many clients, who do not need to lose weight, but need skin tightening because of weight lose or to tighten skin that has become saggy over the years. The solution is 100% natural with pure aloe vera and specially selected herbs. No salts or chemicals.

What will the aloe & herbs do for cellulite?
Cellulite is formed in the tissues because the body’s waste removal process has been slowed down. Keep in mind cellulite removal will be a texture change, not much of an inch loss. It is extremely important to avoid alcohol, salty & spicy as these will keep the water you drink from flushing through the cells to cleanse your body of the toxins that hold the cellulite in place. Space treatments 3-5 days apart.
